This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through NanoBanana Pro, including one-time credit packages, subscription plans, renewal charges, digital credits, and generated image outputs.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated billing interval until canceled. You can cancel from your billing settings or, where available, through the payment provider billing portal.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund, payment reversal, account enforcement action, or policy restriction applies, paid access and credits already granted for the current billing period remain available until the current period ends or until the displayed credit expiration date.
Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges.
NanoBanana Pro sells digital services. Credits, generated outputs, and other delivered digital services are generally non-refundable after delivery or use, except where required by applicable law or where this policy says otherwise.
Unused credits may expire according to the validity period shown at purchase or in your account.
We may approve a refund or account credit when:
We may decline refund requests involving used credits, delivered outputs, abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, account sharing, or requests made after a reasonable review period.

We review refund requests case by case. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank.
Payment providers may calculate taxes, fees, and currency conversion at checkout. If a refund is approved, the refundable amount may be affected by provider rules, taxes, exchange rates, or non-refundable third-party fees.
If you dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer, your account access may be limited while the dispute is reviewed. Contacting support first usually allows us to resolve billing issues faster.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its listed last updated date, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
